SPONSORSHIP ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS:
Welcome to KCS! We admit students who present to us:
1. Download the contract and make sure to sign it (annual, showing term contributions; written in Kinyarwanda),
2. Receipt for the contribution payment (must bring a bank slip for recording; another receipt will be issued by Felicité for KCS records),
3. Sponsorship requests: Letters written by parents requesting sponsorship for their child, along with the child’s birth certificate (required once the child is under consideration),
4. Student performance: Report card for recording results in the system (we monitor students with low grades and implement measures to support them).
5. Additional documents may be requested related to financial aid or special considerations. We look forward to partnering with you and supporting your child’s educational journey!
6. Documents must be submitted in person at our offices in Kibagabaga, inside the Youth For Christ building/ Spring of Hope building.
